Service providers and international transfers

The site is hosted with Amazon Web Services. Form submissions are sent through AWS Lambda and Amazon Simple Email Service to our configured business inbox. These providers process information to deliver the service. If you become a client, project-specific tools and data handling will be agreed separately. Your information may be processed outside your country; add applicable transfer safeguards before launch.

Retention and security

We keep enquiries only as long as needed to respond and maintain ordinary business records, then delete or anonymise them when no longer needed, unless a legal obligation requires otherwise. We use reasonable access controls but cannot promise that internet transmission or storage is completely secure. Please do not send passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information through this form.
